Diálisis Andaluza, S.L. is aware of the importance of providing patients with an adequate and comfortable environment to offer them comprehensive and individualized treatment of the highest quality.
The center will monitor the treatment and clinical situation of the patient in accordance with the Care Process “Substitutive Treatment of Advanced Chronic Renal Disease: Dialysis and Renal Transplant” (edited by the Health Department of the Junta de Andalucía, according to the latest update) and specified for each patient by the Nephrology Service of the reference SAS.
It is important for us to EMPHASIZE the level of PATIENT ORIENTATION of our club. In order to determine the extent to which we contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives established in the strategic process of ADAPTING SERVICES TO CITIZENS to the Quality Plan of the Public Health System of Andalusia, working daily to promote quality and continuous improvement, guaranteeing the scientific and technical quality of the Unit by responding to the needs and expectations of users; always respecting the environment and using equipment sustainably.
Centro Diálisis Sierra Este
The Sierra Este dialysis center is part of Diálisis Andaluza, S.L., and is a contracted center with the Andalusian Health Service.
Its mission is the treatment of patients with chronic renal insufficiency through hemodialysis and the management of available resources in an efficient environment.
In addition to hemodialysis treatment, the Sierra Este dialysis center performs:
- The diagnosis and treatment of complications inherent to renal disease.
- Other non-renal processes are addressed and their treatment and follow-up are collaborated on.
- Patients are educated on the hygienic-dietary aspects necessary for their condition.
- Preparation of potential renal transplant candidates and inclusion in the waiting list.
- The necessary infrastructure is available to apply special hemodialysis techniques, such as any type of hemodiafiltration.
- High technology is used in monitoring vascular accesses by measuring intracept flow and recirculation using the Transonic device and using an ultrasound machine for their monitoring.
- Administrative procedures are carried out such as managing patient transportation and vacations, as well as changing centers under any circumstances.
- Patients are connected with support institutions and renal patient associations.
- Promotion of healthy living habits.
